For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all related ki88 policies:

By accessing the ki88 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the ki88 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms, together with ki88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ki88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

Access to and use of the ki88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or engage in Real Money Play on ki88. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR for all casino and gambling activities in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by ki88 through age declaration at registration and government ID verification prior to processing withdrawals.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines and your country of residence.
• Geographic Eligibility: You must access ki88 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of ki88 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be on any sanctions list, excluded from gaming by a regulatory authority, or subject to any court order restricting your participation in gambling activities.
• Single Account Rule: You may hold only one registered Account on ki88. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

To access Real Money Play features on ki88, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree that all information you provide to ki88, including your Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any identity documentation submitted for KYC purposes, is truthful and accurate.

During registration, ki88 collects your Philippine mobile number or chosen username, a secure password, date of birth, and your agreement to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all registration information and must promptly update any information that changes.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, ki88 requires Players to complete a one-time KYC identity verification. This process involves submitting a clear photo or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — including but not limited to: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine passport, or driver's license — together with a selfie verification. Ki88 reserves the right to request additional documentation as required for compliance purposes.

ki88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate any Account registration without providing reasons therefor, where ki88 determines that registration would be contrary to these Terms, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ki88 Account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service;
• Never disclose your password or OTP codes to any third party, including persons claiming to represent ki88;
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices;
• Notify ki88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (OTP-based verification) where available to strengthen Account security.

ki88 will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ki88 support immediately. ki88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

ki88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. ki88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your Account's verification status. Specific limits are displayed during the deposit process within your ki88 Account dashboard.

GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly. QR Ph and InstaPay transfers typically complete within 5–10 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits may take up to 1 hour. ki88 is not responsible for delays attributable to your payment provider, banking institution, or Philippine interbank payment infrastructure.

All transactions on ki88 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Funds deposited in foreign currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, with any applicable conversion fees borne by the Player.

All deposits to ki88 must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared GCash wallets, or borrowed payment accounts are prohibited. ki88 reserves the right to request evidence that deposited funds originate from a legitimate source and are free from any claims by third parties.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with ki88's withdrawal procedures as set out in this section. ki88 is committed to fast, reliable withdrawal processing for verified Filipino players.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Completion of KYC identity verification is a mandatory prerequisite for processing any withdrawal from a ki88 Account. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will not have withdrawal requests processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

GCash withdrawals for verified accounts average approximately 2 minutes. Maya withdrawals average approximately 5 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank complete within approximately 30 minutes. All withdrawal channels are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment account used for the original deposit, to the extent technically possible. Where this is not possible, ki88 may require additional verification before processing withdrawal to an alternative account. This policy exists to protect Players from fraudulent withdrawal requests.

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account verification tier and payment method. Players may view their applicable withdrawal limits within the ki88 Account dashboard. ki88 reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits with reasonable notice.

ki88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending resolution of any dispute. ki88 will notify the relevant Player of any withdrawal hold as promptly as practicable.

From time to time, ki88 may offer Bonus Funds, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all ki88 bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:

• Bonuses are available only to Players with verified, active ki88 Accounts in good standing;
• Each promotion or bonus offer is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts — these specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of the contractual terms for that promotion;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless expressly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements;
• ki88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where ki88 reasonably suspects a Player is abusing the bonus system, using prohibited software, or engaging in arbitrage betting strategies;
• Players who participate in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or similar strategies that exploit ki88's bonus structure may have their bonus eligibility revoked and any associated winnings forfeited.

All games available on the ki88 Platform are subject to the specific rules of each game as published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. The following general gaming rules apply across all ki88 game categories:

All slot games on ki88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from licensed, regulated game developers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and other providers. All live dealer games use physical game elements — cards, wheels, dice — operated by professional dealers in regulated studio environments. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates are published by the respective game developers and are verifiable.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, ki88's system will record the game state at the time of interruption. Where technically possible, the game round will be completed upon reconnection and the result applied. Where this is not possible, the game round may be voided and any wager amount refunded to the Player's Wallet Balance. ki88's determination of the outcome of any interrupted game round shall be final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These limits are displayed within each game interface. ki88 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time, including applying individual Player-specific limits where ki88 deems appropriate.

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of any game round, ki88 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any wager amounts. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. Any winnings generated through a demonstrably malfunctioning game will be forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ki88 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one ki88 Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing ki88 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with ki88's games or platform systems;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in ki88's platform for personal gain, and failing to report such vulnerabilities to ki88 promptly;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or cooperative cheating with other Players in multiplayer games;
• Using funds of criminal origin, money laundering, or otherwise using ki88 in connection with any illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in harassment, threatening, or abusive conduct toward ki88 staff or other Players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ki88's systems, databases, or other infrastructure;
• Facilitating or assisting any other person in engaging in prohibited conduct as described in this section.

All content on the ki88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, user interface design, written content, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of ki88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ki88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the ki88 Platform without ki88's prior written consent.

The ki88 name, logo, and associated branding elements are trademarks of ki88. You may not use ki88's trademarks, branding, or intellectual property without ki88's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ki88's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the ki88 Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount deposited by you into your ki88 Account in the 30 days preceding the claim, or (b) PHP 50,000.

ki88 shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct or indirect, even if ki88 has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill;
• Losses arising from interruption to internet service, telecommunications outages, or failure of the Philippine payment infrastructure;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account by a third party where such access resulted from your failure to comply with Account security obligations;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, promotional content, or gameplay outcomes displayed on the ki88 Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ki88's liability for death or personal injury caused by ki88's gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

ki88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harm associated with problem gambling. Players are encouraged to set personal limits on their gaming activity and to use ki88's responsible gaming tools, which are available within the Account settings dashboard.

ki88 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your ki88 Account;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount you can lose over a defined period before the system restricts further play;
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Self-Exclusion: The ability to temporarily or permanently close your ki88 Account if you need to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion requests can be made through ki88 support and take effect within 24 hours.

ki88 enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum age of 21 years for all Players. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their Accounts suspended immediately, and any balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. A Player may request Account closure by contacting ki88 support. ki88 will process any pending withdrawal of verified funds upon Account closure, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

ki88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Registration of multiple Accounts;
• Abuse of ki88's bonus or promotional systems;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request;
• Requirements of applicable law or regulatory directive;
• Inactive Account status over an extended period, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.

Upon Account termination by ki88 for cause, any balance of Bonus Funds in the Account will be forfeited. Any balance of real money funds (excluding funds derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the registered payment method subject to applicable verification requirements.

ki88's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by ki88's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and ki88.

By registering an Account and using the ki88 Platform, you consent to ki88's processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and providing personalized gaming experiences.

ki88 processes personal data of Filipino players in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations as administered by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ki88 Platform or these Terms, ki88 encourages Players to contact ki88's support team in the first instance, as the majority of account and gaming disputes are resolved promptly through this channel.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding ki88's services, you should contact ki88 support in the first instance via the in-platform live chat or by email at [email protected]. ki88 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days. Complex disputes may require additional time, and ki88 will keep you informed of progress.

ki88's records of Account activity, transaction history, game outcomes, and communications shall constitute prima facie evidence in the resolution of any dispute. Players are encouraged to retain screenshots or records of any issue at the time it occurs.

ki88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. ki88 will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting updated Terms on the ki88 Platform, with the effective date clearly indicated.

For material amendments, ki88 may additionally notify registered Players via the contact information associated with their Account — including notification within the Platform dashboard or via the registered mobile number. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to stay informed of any amendments.

Your continued use of the ki88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
